How to choose the right log home plan
Start with your land: slope, view and access decide whether a walkout lower level makes sense.
Decide between full-time and seasonal use.
Pick a style: full log, post and beam or hybrid.
Count the bedrooms and bathrooms you need now, and in ten years.
Think about the great room: most of our plans are built around it.
Keep the budget in mind: footprint and complexity drive the cost of the log structure more than anything else.
Every plan can be customized
We redraw as many times as it takes. Resize rooms, add a garage, build without the lower level on a flat lot, or change the decks. Choose Western Red Cedar or Douglas Fir. Every package includes custom construction plans, with drafts and renderings until the design is right.
